TEAM PROJECT: USER ENGAGEMENT AND OPPORTUNITY COMPLETION IN EXCELERATE

As a Data Analyst Associate Intern in Excelerate, I worked in a team of 5 Data Analyst to uncover insights in user engagements, high and low performing learning opportunities in specific geographical regions, and learner completion rates.
Firstly, we carried out an EDA report to see null values distribution across datasets, visualize summary statistics in numerical columns, identify outliers and deliberate on columns to be dropped or replaced.

Secondly, we preprocessed the datasets and made iterations to finally have a cleaned dataset to base our collective analysis on. As the Project Manager in the team, I assigned tasked to be done accordingly by all teammates including myself.

We went further to create a wireframe for our dashboards using PowerPoint and further created a 5 pages dashboard on Google Looker Studio, that gives deep insights into user behavior on Excelerate platform, total number of learning opportunities and number of learners.
We visualized completion rates by learners, using time series data to see the number of learners who completed learning opportunities against the number of enrolled learners over time.
We tracked cities across the world where learners complete their learning opportunities on a high frequency, and what opportunities has the highest completion rates to better inform stakeholders what categories of learning opportunities to invest in and the demography to tailor it to.
