This 2 pages dashboard was created with focus on product performance, customer feedbacks and sales representatives performance. This was my capstone project for my Data Analytics Diploma program with Baze University.
The insights gotten from my analysis of the dataset shows top performing products, products to prioritize when marketing and products to drop to ensure customer satisfaction and profit making.
Secondly, customer feedback was segmented into clear sentiments which enables stakeholders understand the desires and irritations of their customers. Customer feedback was linked with products and sales reps to further understand how customer behaves with certain sales reps and products.
Lastly, sales representatives were analyzed to see top performing sales reps and underperforming ones. Correlation between underperforming sales reps and highest number of returned items by customers were uncovered.
Overall, this project broadened my knowledge of real world data, data cleaning, data formatting, data aggregation, dashboard creation and report writing.
